Breakfast - overnight oat pots // avocado and bacon croissants • Elevenses - Game sausage rolls with mustard Mayo// chocolate, oatmeal and raisin cookies • Lunch - Seared salmon fillet with buckwheat and butternut squash and a tomato and red onion salad finished with salsa verde // strawberry Eton mess • Dinner - Prawn, crab, grapefruit and avocado cocktail // trio of pork (cheek, loin and belly) served with potato gratin, apple compote and a cider jus!
