Hi I’m Harrie! Thank you for checking out my website… I set up my company Boo to a Goose to provide a bespoke private chef service like no other; incorporating both bespoke wedding cakes, celebration and birthday cakes and luxury private chef fine dining.
My specialist private chef service is based in a modern kitchen outside Tavistock in Devon.
I was fortunate enough to study Le Grande Diplome in both cuisine and pastry at Le Cordon Bleu London. This training has given me a tremendous depth
of knowledge and understanding of the culinary arts; enabling me to carry out a fine dining service that the most discerning of customers relish and enjoy.
Whether you need a stunning rustic wedding cake, a private dinner party for 2 to 22, canapés, a private chef for your weekend on the yacht
or a novelty cake to bring alive birthday celebrations – I’m your girl!
I can create bespoke fine dining menus and dishes for you and your guests and am experienced in providing for varying dietary requirements.
